1. Your website may not be in any way related to the following materials, pages or topics: (1) Warez, illegal software, MP3s and illegal recordings or links to downloads of commercial software. Also your website may not have a link to any website, ftp server, email address or newsgroup that may have that kind of content. (2) Your website may not have anything that is considered as adult material, this includes pornography or any other thing that is inappropiate for people under 21 years of age.(3) Your website may not be in any way related or of the topic of hatred toward a race, religion, culture, or anything that is offensive to anyone. (4) Your website may not be related to anything that shows how to make, obtain or use illegal products, such as bombs, drugs or anything that in that nature. 2. YourCGI.com has the right to delete, cancel, ban, suspend and revoke or take any action necessary without any notice whatsoever. We have the right to remove, suspend, delete, cancel and ban any account that has broken any of our rules or are abusing the service in any way, shape or form. 3. It is considered abusive or against our rules to: (1) Send out SPAM or unsolicited email. (2) Subscribe people to your mailing list without their consent. (3) Send bulk amounts of emails that the email server slows down or crashes. (4) Have more than one account. (5) Send out emails that contain pornography, or any material unappropriate for people under 21 years of age, send out emails containing hate messages toward a race, a religion, a culture or offensive to anyone. (6) Also you may not send foul language to your subscribers. (7) Abuse of YourCGI.com's free services. (8) Users may not modify a script to work differently than it was designed to. (This is also considered as hacking). If you violate any of these mentioned rules your account will be immediately deleted and you will be banned from YourCGI.com. 4. As YourCGI.com grows we may feel the need of changing our TERMS OF SERVICE(TOS). The TOS may be changed at any time and without your consent but most likely you will recieve an email telling you of the change. 5. YourCGI.com has the right to view the messages that are sent to your subscribers, and we will monitor all accounts that reside on our server. And if the content of the messages that you sent are not in accordance to the TOS your account will be imediatly deleted and you will be banned. 6. YourCGI.com has the right to put advertisement on all of our pages and also on the emails recieved by your mailing list subscribers. 7. YourCGI.com does not guarantee that emails will be delivered, service will be uninterrupted and that our website and programs are error free. 8. You may not sell, rent or lease our services to anyone. 9. YourCGI.com will not rent, sell, lease or give the information you entered when you sign up to any third party. 10. Any violations of this TERM OF SERVICE will result in the deletion of your account an you will be banned from YourCGI.com. 11. You may not have more than 10 FREE YourCGI.com counters on your website. 12.
